Hell or High Water

A little fishing village on the island of DesMalais has gone dark. Exports to the mainland have stopped.

Small vessels that have set out for the island have returned as blood stained splinters, their occupants missing.

A larger and more official force was slowly being assembled to travel to DesMalais, but last night the island lighthouse’s signal light briefly flared to life and delivered a message:

“SEND HELP STOP CHURCH KILLING US STOP PACT WITH DE”

What is it?
Hell or High Water is a game about terrible discoveries, difficult choices and challenging combat. 
This is a game you run when you want your players to suffer. 

This adventure path is for 4th level characters, and should run 3-6 sessions.
This game has versions for Pathfinder 2E and D&D 5E. Pathfinder 2E is considered the default experience. 

What's included?
Other than the basic rules for your system of choice, Hell or High Water includes everything you need to run this game. Required prep work for the GM is kept to an absolute minimum.
This includes encounter maps, creature statblocks, skill DCs, puzzles and their solutions, handouts for players, and instructions on how to run social encounters. 

This adventure contains 7 maps, 5 backdrops to use out of combat, and 11 creature statblocks.
